Our standard BDF swap body system

SDG Segment MA LBW KT is designed for the transport of swap bodies with corner heights of up to 2900 mm. The support brackets are designed to accommodate containers with a parking height of 1120-1220 mm and lengths C 7,150-C 7,450. The version is equipped as standard with a deep coupling for ZAA operation and a tail lift.

Conception:

Divided variable traffic equipment in modular design, for the transport of standardized swap bodies according to DIN EN 284, as well as short-coupled central axle trailer operation up to 18 t. 4 frame segments: Outriggers and central supports to accommodate container lengths C 7,150 - C 7,820 and storage heights 1120 - 1220 mm.

Surface:

Long-term and high-quality corrosion protection through hot-dip galvanizing of all attachments.

Locking:

Robust support arms with standardized locking elements. System length-compliant and front-flush container mount C 7.450 / C 7.820 through double locking (8 pivots). Standard central stop with PE protection for container lengths C 7.450 and C 7.820.

Swapping process:

The swap bodies are picked up or set down by the pneumatic lifting/lowering device on the chassis.

Middle and height supports:

2 middle frame segments with container supports, screwable, on the frame according to CEN/TC 119/WG.

Guidance:

Instruction of the swap bodies takes place at 6 points. At the ends of the frame with 2 guide rollers each, as well as on the front center support.
