swap body system

SDG Segment MA KT is designed for the transportation of volume swap bodies with a maximum corner height up to 2900 mm. The arms are designed for containers with a loading height of 1120-1220 mm and length C 7.150-C 7.450. The standard type is equipped with a low-coupling for ZAA use.

Conception:

Divided swap frame in modular design, for transportation of standardized swap containers according to DIN EN 284, as well as short-coupled use of centre-axle trailers up to 18t. 4 flange-mounted arms and middle supports for transportation of swap containers C 7.150 – C 7.820 and parking heights 1020 – 1220 mm.

Surface:

Enduring and high-quality corrosion protection through hot-dip galvanizing of any attachments.

Locking:

Solid flange-mounted arms with standardized locking devices. Picking up container C 7.450 / C 7.820 is compliant to system length and front stop through double locking (8 pivots). Central front-stop with PE-protection for container lengths C 7.450 and C 7.820.

Swapping process:

Picking up or putting down swap containers takes place through pneumatic lifting and lowering device of chassis.

Middle and height supports:

2 middle frame segments with screwable container lenghts, on the frame according to CEN/TC 119/WG.

Guidance:

Guidance is provided by six locating rollers on frame end and frame middle. On the frame ends through two guide rollers as well at front middle support.
