SDG Segment HA is designed for the transportation of volume swap bodies up to 2800 mm. The arms are designed for containers with a loading height 1220-1320 mm and length C 7.150- C 7.450. The standard type is designed for the use of bolster trailers.

Conception:

Divided swap frame in modular design, for transportation of standardized swap containers according to DIN EN 284. 4 frame parts: arms and middle supports for transportation of container lengths C 7.150 + C 7.450 and loading heights 1220 – 1320 mm.

Surface:

Enduring and high-quality corrosion protection through hot-dip galvanizing of any attachments

Locking:

Solid flange-mounted arms with standardized locking devices. Interlocking through 4 pivots. Central front stop C 7.450 with PE protection. Additional foldable front stop for C 7.150 with outer control.

Swapping process:

Picking up or putting down swap containers takes place through pneumatic lifting and lowering device of chassis.

Middle and height supports:

2 middle frame segments with screwable container lenghts, on the frame according to CEN/TC 119/WG.

Guidance:

Guidance is provided by six guide rollers on frame end and frame middle. On frame ends through two guide rollers, as well on front middle support.
