The multi BDF
swap body system

SDG HS 300 KT is designed for the transport of swap bodies. The integrated pneumatic lifting swings enables a continuous admission of the different loading heights and a driving on a steady low. The arms are flange-mounted and allow to pick up containers with an adjustable height up to 1020-1320 mm and lengths C 7.150 – C 7.820. The standard type is equipped with a low coupling for ZAA use.

Conception:

Divided swap frame in modular design, for transportation of standardized swap containers according to DIN EN 284 as well as short-coupled central axle trailer operation up to 18t. 4 frame segments: arms at the frame ends and two load distribution moduls with lifting devices at the frame middle to pick up container lengths C 7.150 – C 7.820 and parking heights 1120 (1020) – 1320 mm (according to configuration of chassis).

Surface:

Enduring and high-quality corrosion protection through hot-dip galvanizing of any attachments.

Locking:

Solid flange-mounted arms with standardized locking devices. System lengths compliant and front-flush container pick-up C 7.450 / C 7.820 thanks to double locks (8 pivot pins). Central front stop, with PE protection for container lengths C 7.820 and C 7.450.

Swapping process:

Picking up or putting down swap containers takes place through pneumatic lifting and lowering device of chassis.

Middle and height supports:

Solid load distribution moduls in frame middle with pick up surface to support swap containers in the middle.

Guidance:

Guidance takes place at 8 points. At the frame ends through two guide rollers, as well as in frame middle through guidance on load distribution moduls.
