The multi BDF
swap body system

SDG HV 180/200 is designed for container accommodation with a maximum corner height up to 2900 mm. The arms are flange-mounted and allow the pick-up of containers with an adjustable height up to 1120 - 1320 mm. The standard type is designed for the use of the bolster trailers.

Conception:

Divided swap frame in modular design, for transportation of standardized swap containers according to DIN EN 284. 4 frame parts: arms HUB 100/180 mm and middle supports. Designed for picking up container length C 7.150 + C.7.450 with corner heights up to 2980 mm, as well as loading heights 1020 – 1320 mm.

Surface:

Enduring and high-quality corrosion protection through hot-dip galvanizing of any attachments. Middle supports completely galvanized and coated in signal yellow color.

Locking:

Solid arms with height-adjustable interlocking device and HUB 100/180 mm. Central front stop C 7.450, with PE protection for container lengths C 7.450. Optional foldable front stop for C 7.150.

Swapping process:

Picking up or putting down swap containers takes place through pneumatic lifting and lowering device of chassis as well as by mechanical height adjustment with lifting height 100/180 mm.

Middle and height supports:

Two middle frame segments with 4 middle supports, foldable from the outside. HUB 100/180 mm.

Guidance:

Guidance is provided by two guide rollers at the frame end, as well for all driving heights through guidance at the middle supports.
