SDG HV 120 LBW KT is designed for container accommodation with a maximum corner height up to 2900 mm. The arms are flange-mounted and allow the pick-up of containers with an adjustable height up to 1120 - 1320 mm and lengths C 7.450 – C 7.820. The standard type is equipped with a low coupling for ZAA use and fitted with a tail lift.

Conception:

Divided swap frame in modular design, for transportation of standardized swap containers according to DIN EN 284, as well as short-coupled central axle trailer operation up to 18 t in combination with the installation of an fold-under tail lift. 4 frame parts: arms HUB 120 mm and middle supports designed for picking up container length C 7.150 – C 7.820 and loading heights 1020 – 1320 mm.

Surface:

Enduring and high-quality corrosion protection through hot-dip galvanizing of any attachments. Middle supports completely galvanized and coated in signal yellow color.

Locking:

Solid flange-mounted arms with height-adjustable interlocking device and HUB 120 mm. System lengths compliant and front-flush container pick-up C 7.820 thanks to double locks (8 pivot pins). Central front stop, with PE protection for container lengths C 7.820. Foldable front stop for C 7.450 container lengths.

Swapping process:

Picking up or putting down swap containers takes place through pneumatic lifting and lowering device of chassis as well as by mechanical height adjustment with lifting height 120 mm.

Middle and height supports:

Middle frame segments with with two middle supports, foldable from the outside. Four extremely robust central supports, centered on the rear module, movable from outside.

Guidance:

Guidance is provided by two guide rollers on frame end, as well in height-adjustable driving height through guidance at the middle supports.
